We at The Pet Clinic of Urbana are pleased that you chose us to facilitate the care of your pet health needs. In order for us to keep costs as low as possible, we require that payment is made at the time of service.
1. We accept cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and debit cards.
2. We offer extended payment plans through third party financing with Care Credit to those who qualify. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can either apply over the phone for immediate approval, or apply online at: www.CareCredit.com.

Returned Checks/Non-Sufficient Funds
A $30.00 fee will be assessed for all returned or NSF checks. We reserve the right to reject check payments once a NSF occurs.
Each appointment is a reserved time for you and only you. Each time appointments are not kept, other patients who do value their reserved time for treatment are penalized. In the event of missed appointments without notice we may require your next visit be secured with a credit card deposit. This office and situation will determine when this should occur.
